Coach Jian Liu is a visionary in global youth sports education, with over three decades of elite coaching experience and a lifelong mission to empower athletes through world-class training. From the national podiums of China to the Olympic Games, from international coaching leadership to grassroots youth development, Coach Liu has dedicated his life to shaping champions—in skill, character, and spirit.
Coach Liu was the founding coach of Olympic gold medalist He Kexin, and the direct coach of World Champion Cheng Ran, In the United States, he led numerous athletes to national prominence—four of whom entered the U.S. National Gymnastics Team, and many others who won national titles and were recruited by Ivy League universities thanks to their excellence in both sport and academics.

After a decade of coaching with the U.S. National Gymnastics Team, Coach Jian Liu settled in Seattle, where he founded two youth academies — ANC Tennis and Liu’s Gymnastics.
Coach Liu’s programs are built on a foundation of physical excellence, mental resilience, and educational integration, cultivating young athletes who not only compete to win but also grow to inspire and lead in life.

Coach Liu’s philosophy blends Eastern discipline with Western science, forming a unique and holistic training system that integrates championship-level conditioning, technical mastery, and character development.
