ANC International Education, Culture & Science Organization
Building Global Bridges Through Education
Founded in 2008 and headquartered in the Greater Seattle Area, Washington, ANC ESCO was established with a vision: to become a bridge connecting those across nations. Through immersive, realistic experiences, ANC fosters cross-cultural exchange, promoting quality educational resources and cultural values through mutual understanding and communications, building an inclusive and influential platform for international cooperation.
2009–2012 | China-U.S. Sports and Cultural Exchange
Between 2009 and 2012, ANC ESCO actively launched educational, cultural, and sports exchange programs. It established collaborations with organizations including the U.S. Embassy's Public Affairs and Cultural Education offices, the U.S. Gymnastics Foundation, and China’s National Gymnastics Team.
The sports exchange projects became a standout success, enabling young gymnasts from both countries to engage in joint training and cultural dialogue. These efforts gained strong support from the U.S. Embassy in China, which held a press conference for the initiative and recognized it as a key element in sports diplomacy.
2012 | Launch of the Study Abroad Program
In 2012, ANC ESCO officially launched its Study Abroad Program, signing partnerships with over 400 prestigious private middle and high schools, as well as 200 top public high schools and community colleges across Washington State. The program built essential bridges to the U.S. education system for students from around the globe.
2015 | Academic Planning Program Established
To meet the evolving needs of international students, ANC launched its Academic Planning Program in 2015, offering personalized, long-term academic and college admissions support. From curriculum planning and extracurricular enrichment to standardized test prep and application strategy, the program guides students toward elite universities with clarity and confidence.
Dr. Karen Z., a PHD graduate and long-time professor at the University of Washington, leads the program alongside a team of over 20 veteran educators. Their deep expertise and powerful resources have helped countless students gain acceptance to Ivy League and top-tier U.S. institutions.
Today, students from across Asia, Europe, and the Americas choose ANC’s program for its tailored approach, expert mentorship, and outstanding results.
2015 | Volunteer Service Program & Presidential Award
That same year, ANC was officially authorized by the U.S. government to grant the Presidential Volunteer Service Award. Through its ANCVAN Program, ANC has since encouraged youth to engage in community service, fostering global awareness and social responsibility. Over 100,000 hours of service have been completed by ANC students in the past decade.
2018 | Sports Education & Social Impact: A Pivotal Year
2018 marked a transformational milestone for ANC with the founding of ANC International Sports (ANC Sports). This new platform integrates sports and education at a global level. That same year, ANC pioneered a training model that combines general physical conditioning with sport-specific training, laying the foundation for a comprehensive and internationalized sports education system.
A significant addition was the appointment of Coach Jian Liu, a former U.S. National Team coach and world-class gymnastics mentor. His presence brought elite training standards, inspiring a new generation of young athletes with excellence and discipline. His guidance injected a “vital boost” into ANC’s athletic programs and elevated the organization to a new level in global sports education.

2019 | ANC Tennis Academy Launched
Following his arrival, Coach Liu advocated for a bold expansion into tennis. He believed in tennis not only for its broad appeal and early achievement potential but also for its flexibility in physical demands and long-term growth opportunities.
“Tennis,” said Coach Liu, “is a sport that empowers students academically and athletically.” Its strategic value lies in its synergy with college applications, scholarships, and international exposure. Under his direction, ANC Tennis quickly grew into one of the most popular youth tennis academies in the Greater Seattle Area.
In the Bellevue–Kirkland–Redmond region (BKR), ANC’s presence is now visible on courts everywhere. Its signature “Wish Pose” has become an iconic symbol of excellence in junior tennis.
2022 | Partnership with UTR: Data-Driven Athletic Pathways
In 2022, ANC partnered with UTR (Universal Tennis Rating), becoming an officially licensed event host. UTR is the most widely recognized global tennis rating system, used by universities and professional programs alike.
Through this partnership, ANC offers youth athletes a structured and sustainable pathway for skill validation, performance tracking, and competitive progression. Every match now contributes to a quantifiable journey — measurable, visible, and transformative.
2025 | Liu’s Gymnastics Club Launches
With the tennis program thriving, Coach Liu returned to his deepest passion: gymnastics. He views it as the foundational sport—building strength, flexibility, control, and spatial awareness.
But what sets his approach apart is his “Intuitive Coaching Method”—a fluid, deeply personalized teaching style. He adapts training sessions in real-time, based on each student’s current mental and physical state. His classes cannot be templated or replicated. Parents call them “impossible to predict, but always remarkably effective.”
For Coach Liu, gymnastics is more than a sport—it is a vehicle for character, confidence, and lifelong resilience.
