Professional Gymnastics Enlightenment Program

Recreational Program Features

1. World-Class Coaching Team: Led by former U.S. National Team Coach and internationally recognized gymnastics educator with over 30 years of elite coaching experience. Many of his students have become national champions and U.S. National Team members.

2. Professional Pathway from Early Stage: Every class is designed with professional progressions, ensuring correct movement patterns, strength, coordination, and focus from the very beginning.

3. Structured Evaluation System: We use a multi-stage assessment system that tracks each child’s progress in flexibility, strength, technique, and focus. Parents receive clear, visual progress reports every term.

4. East–West Integrated Philosophy: Combining the discipline and precision of Eastern gymnastics with the creativity and encouragement of Western education, Liu’s Gymnastics nurtures both skill and character.

5. Pathway to Competitive Programs: Students showing readiness and interest can advance to Pre-Team and Team levels, entering the USAG competitive pathway under professional guidance.
