
ANC ESCO – Educational Purpose Statement
ANC Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ANC ESCO)
operates its youth programs, including ANC Tennis and Liu’s Gymnastics,
under the 501(c)(3) purpose of advancing youth physical education, character development, and community well-being.
The organization provides structured physical education programs designed to:
1. Teach fundamental motor skills
Including balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, and spatial awareness.
2. Develop lifelong healthy habits
Through regular physical activity, positive discipline, and safe movement patterns.
3. Promote youth character formation
Building patience, resilience, teamwork, emotional regulation, and responsibility.
4. Provide a safe and structured learning environment
Following child safety guidelines, incident documentation, background checks, and certified instruction.
5. Serve the broader community
By offering:
• Low-cost introductory programs
• Scholarships for low-income families
• Volunteer opportunities
• Community events
• Free educational materials
• Partnerships with schools, churches, and community centers
6. Provide educational evaluation and progress reporting
Ensuring families understand each child’s developmental progress in areas such as:
• Strength
• Flexibility
• Attention
• Motor development
• Social behavior
• Self-discipline
• Skill mastery
7. Train coaches in youth development and safe instruction
Consistent with standards provided by SafeSport, USAG, USTA, and child safety guidelines.
ANC ESCO’s tennis and gymnastics programs are not commercial recreation services,
but structured educational youth development programs that directly further
the organization’s charitable and educational exempt purpose under IRC 501(c)(3).
ANC ESCO – Youth Athletics Scholarship Program
1. Purpose
The Scholarship Program ensures that youth from low-income or financially disadvantaged families have equitable access to ANC Tennis and Liu’s Gymnastics educational programs.
2. Eligibility Criteria
Families must meet one or more of the following:
• Qualify for Free/Reduced Lunch Program
• Household income below 200% Federal Poverty Guidelines
• Single-parent households with financial hardship
• Extraordinary circumstances (medical bills, job loss, etc.)
• Referral by schools, social workers, or community organizations
3. Scholarship Levels
• Partial (50–75%) Tuition Scholarship
4. Application Requirements
Parents submit:
• One-page form
• Proof of income OR hardship letter
• Student interest statement (optional)
5. Review Process
• Reviewed by Scholarship Committee
• Decisions made within 10 days
• Must be recorded for IRS documentation
6. Annual Limit
ANC ESCO will offer 2-4 scholarships per year depending on funding and community demand.
7. Confidentiality
All applications are confidential.
Families are never identified publicly.
